Clean hotel, facilities are fantastic, and the location is perfect to Gili islands. The services are outstanding, including a clean pool. Great to have concierge service, wake up calls, and ironing free of charge.

Greatly enjoyed the stay, it was such great during the whole vacation. The breakfasts here were very tasty with toast, delicious-scrambled eggs.

Even though everything was great, some of the staff were unpleasant.

We had the best stay at Pinkprivate! The staff, including the hotel manager Erna, was incredibly friendly and helpful. They even allowed us to store our luggage before our trip to Gili islands. The location of the hotel is ideal, with easy access to restaurants and the airport. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-insulated for sound. The comfortable bed and sofa with free Netflix access were a nice touch. The bathroom is large and features a lovely waterfall shower. The swimming pool was a refreshing oasis in Bali's heat. Lastly, the breakfast offered a good variety of options.

We loved staying at Pinkprivate Sanur! The bed was comfy, air conditioning was great, and we enjoyed the couch bench both inside and outside. The pool area was nice with loungers, and the pool itself was a perfect temperature. The location was quiet and private, and only a 15-minute walk from the beach.

We felt so at home, no complaints.
